This is not a good app. When filling out patient forms, the information I select will randomly clear out. It lags a lot. Whatever update was recently done has not made things better. I tried signing in as normal today and keep getting multiple error messages. So I cannot contact my provider or do anything that I would normally do through the app.

From the provider's side, this app is very limited. It just stalls out on loading, requiring it to be re-opened. It shows upcoming appointments, but I can't check on my blocked time from the app. And my biggest complaint is that even though I have notifications set up, I don't receive any - even after verifying with Healthie that it was set up right.

Cumbersome and not very user friendly for tracking daily nutitional intake. The scan barcode function (in the app) is a plus however, I'm finding it doesn't record all the nutritional information (i.e. not recording protein and fat). I find the app on the phone works better than signing into Healthie online but neither option is very good. If the kinks could be worked out, both would be great tools. Testing needs be done by someone who actually uses both.
